These are the early-access terms governing your use of GreenDsk. They may be updated as the product evolves.
Early access
GreenDsk is offered in early access. The product, pricing, and report template may change as the product evolves. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying customers.
What GreenDsk provides
GreenDsk provides software to help you produce a buyer-facing ESG disclosure based on the facility data you submit. GreenDsk reviews each report for completeness and reasonableness.
What GreenDsk does not provide
GreenDsk is not an audit, assurance, certification, or law firm. We do not provide independent third-party assurance, audit, certification, legal advice, or regulatory filing support.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit and for any decisions you or third parties make based on the report.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenDsk's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
