Privacy notice
This is an early-access privacy summary covering how GreenDsk handles your account and facility data. It may be expanded as the product matures.
What we collect
Account information (name, work email, company), facility data you submit to generate a report, and standard product telemetry. We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
To produce ESG reports for you, to operate and improve the GreenDsk service, and to communicate with you about your account and reports.
Where it's stored
Customer data is stored with our cloud infrastructure provider in encrypted form. Access inside GreenDsk is limited to staff who need it to operate the service or review your report.
Sharing
We do not share your facility data with third parties except sub-processors required to run the service. Reports are only shared with the people you choose to send them to.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, request deletion of your account, or contact us with any privacy question at privacy@greendsk.tech.
