Answers to the questions most people ask before and during their first report.

How long does it take to complete a report?

Most users finish the facility profile in 30 to 45 minutes if they have their utility bills and HR records to hand. You can save and come back any time.

Who actually produces the report?

GreenDsk software computes the metrics, and a GreenDsk reviewer checks each report for completeness and reasonableness before it's marked ready for common buyer review. We are not an audit or assurance firm.

What if I don't have all the data?

Submit what you have. Missing fields are disclosed in-line in the report and reflected in the data quality score, so buyers see exactly what was estimated versus measured.

How does GreenDsk handle Scope 3?

Selected Scope 3 & Readiness helps screen all 15 Scope 3 categories, calculate business travel where data is provided, and document readiness gaps and next data steps for other relevant categories. It is not a complete Scope 3 inventory.

Is this compliant with CSRD / ESRS / SEC rules?

No. GreenDsk produces a buyer-facing ESG disclosure. It is not a CSRD/ESRS/SEC filing, an audit, an assurance opinion, or a legal opinion. Companies subject to those regimes should work with their auditor and counsel.

Can I share the report with customers and lenders?

Yes. Each report is a PDF you can attach to any questionnaire, and an optional public authenticity page lets recipients confirm the disclosure was issued by GreenDsk. Buyer acceptance is decided by each buyer.

What does early access mean for pricing?

Early-access customers lock in launch pricing while GreenDsk continues improving the reviewed disclosure workflow. First ESG Disclosure is $299 one-time. Report-Ready Monthly is $99/month. We'll give reasonable notice before any material pricing changes.
